There are several brands in the Indian market which are worth a buy

Mine is a pluto as its reasonably prices i would say. There are others good ones too mostly made in China...

I prefer guitars with a round hollow body .. and a jumbo size ..better sound

Nowadays you get a lot of ibanez , cort and other brands which are pretty good for their price.

For beginners depending on the style of playing you can go in for a classical guitar or a normal guitar..


Please note classical guitars will normally have jumbo fret boards and nylon strings also the playing style is more with your fingers....

I would say the best buy for a acoustic guitar would be around 3500 to 7000 for a decent guitar depends on what you want.

You would also want to check if the guitar comes with a piezo pick up inbuilt so you can connect to your amp if you have one.

All in all buy what your pocket can afford..as its not your guitar that makes you a better guitar player its PRACTICE
